Monthly Target:
- Reach minimum 20 universities/institutions
- Conduct outreach in at least 5 cities
2. Delegate Recruitment
Recruit participants for:
- International Conferences
- Leadership Summits
- Business Certifications
- Fellowship Programs
- Exchange Programs
Monthly Target:
- Generate 150+ applications
- Convert 20–30 paid delegates
- Maintain application quality
3. Campus Ambassador Network
Build a nationwide ambassador network in Pakistan.
Tasks:
- Recruit ambassadors from universities
- Assign city-wise targets
- Create WhatsApp groups for coordination
- Conduct weekly performance meetings
- Track leads generated by ambassadors
Monthly Target:
- Recruit 10–20 active ambassadors
- Ensure each ambassador generates minimum leads
