2. Delegate Recruitment

Recruit participants for:

  • Exchange Programs

Monthly Target:

  • Generate 150+ applications
  • Convert 20–30 paid delegates
  • Maintain application quality

3. Campus Ambassador Network

Build a nationwide ambassador network in Pakistan.

Tasks:

  • Recruit ambassadors from universities
  • Assign city-wise targets
  • Create WhatsApp groups for coordination
